At MC TECH STORE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, incomplete, or returned outside the return window may be subject to partial refunds or restocking fees.

The deduction amount depends on the condition of the returned item.

Sale Items
Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the return address
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
