Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, products sold by MC TECH STORE include a 30‑day functional warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Defective hardware
- Items that stop functioning under normal use
- Items not as described
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Misuse or improper installation
- Software issues
- Forgotten passwords, iCloud/Google locks, or account‑locked devices
- Normal wear and tear
- Battery health degradation (normal for used electronics)
Warranty Process
To request warranty service:

- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- Include photos or video if applicable
We may offer:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Partial refund
- Full refund (case‑by‑case)
Return Shipping
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Exclusions
Warranty is void if:
- The item has been opened, modified, or tampered with
- Serial numbers are removed or altered
- The device is locked and cannot be tested
